Randi Pittman

Randi Pittman has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Currently, they are working as a Senior Talent Management Director at VideoAmp since April 2023. Previously, they held the role of Director, Talent Management & Advisory at VideoAmp from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Randi worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2018 to May 2022. Randi also held various other positions at NBCUniversal, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Before joining NBCUniversal, Randi worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Citi from June 2012 to August 2013. Randi started their career at Viacom, where they held roles such as Commercial Inventory Manager and Sales Planner & Client Service Representative from 2007 to 2012.

Randi Pittman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY). Randi also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature & Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
