Lidia Bedard

Director, Field Service Operations Management Center at Videotron

Lidia Bedard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lidia started their career in 2002 as a Call Center Agent at Nordia Inc., where they later became a Call Center Team Manager and also gained experience in Real Time Workforce Management. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Since 2009, Lidia has been working at Videotron, starting as a Real Time Workforce Management specialist before progressing to roles such as Workforce Planning Analyst, Planning Analyst, and Senior Planning Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of the Field Service Operations Management Center at Videotron. Additionally, they briefly served as the Interim Finance and Business Intelligence Director in 2020-2021.

Lidia Bedard earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, graduating between 2007 and 2018.
