Juha Leppä

Juha Leppä has had a varied and successful career in the hospitality industry. Juha began their career in 1990 as Director and Investor at Spa Hotel Tampere (Holiday Club Tampere), where they were responsible for operational management, planning, budgeting, and operations reporting. In 1996, they moved to Starico Instituutti as a Performance Management Consultant, where they consulted on improving operational efficiency and reorganization tasks. From 1997 to 2004, they served as General Manager at Spa Hotel Päiväkumpu, where they managed the hotel, restaurant, spa, and leisure business. In 2004, they were appointed General Manager of both Spa Hotel Summassaari and Päiväkumpu, where they were responsible for orienting the new spa director and deputy director. In 2018, they became a Project Consultant at Hurppu Horizon Centre, and in 2021 they joined VideoVisit as Head of Customer Care and Head of Technical Support, where they offer consultation services for remote care service process mapping and business model concepting.

Juha Leppä's education history includes a Master's Degree (MBA) in Economics from Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Juha also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS (Economics and Business Administration) from the same institution, which they obtained in 1993. Juha Leppä also has a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1982 and 1985. Juha also has an Officer Candidate degree from the Reserve Officer School, RUK 166 Musketti, which they obtained between 1980 and 1981. Lastly, Juha Leppä holds a High School degree from Sport High School Kuortane, which they obtained between 1976 and 1980. In addition to these qualifications, Juha Leppä holds two certifications: a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd, obtained in August 2021, and a Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn, obtained in March 2021.
