Katharyn Drouganis, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over seven years of experience in human resources and operations. Katharyn currently holds the role of People Operations Generalist at vidIQ, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Human Resources Generalist, Sales Operations, and Business Manager at Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet from 2017 to 2021. From 2014 to 2017, they were employed at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, where they began as an Office Manager and was promoted to Regional Lead Office Manager two months later. In this role, they led a region of five Office Managers and acted as a trusted liaison between the Office Manager Coordinator and Office Managers.

Katharyn Drouganis, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Hospitality and Resort Management from The University of Memphis between 2006 and 2013. In 2021, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2022, they obtained Micro HR certifications in Employee Relations & Employee Life Cycle, Organizational Leadership, and Strategic HR Management from Micro HR by HRCP.
