VP People Products, Deputy CPO at Viessmann Climate Solutions

Mathias Huber has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Mathias is currently serving as the VP People Products and deputy CPO at Viessmann Climate Solutions, where they are responsible for global recruitment, talent attraction, leadership development, performance and rewards, and future of work strategies. Prior to this, Mathias worked at McKinsey & Company as an HR Director, overseeing people development, evaluation, project staffing, recruitment, and people analytics. Mathias also served as an Engagement Manager, focusing on strategy and operational transformations for clients in different industries. Earlier in their career, Mathias worked at SAP, where they held the position of Chief of Staff COO HR and worked on various projects related to learning management, total rewards, workforce reduction, and setting up a European Works Council.

Mathias Huber completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International/Global Studies from Cambridge Judge Business School in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg during 2002-2006. In 2003, they also spent time at Michigan State University studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In terms of certifications, they received the Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2022, completed the People Analytics course by University of Pennsylvania on Coursera in 2017, and obtained the MBTI certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2015.
