Irving Perez Castillo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Irving started their career as a Maintenance Technician at Envases Universales de Mexico in 2008. In 2015, they joined Kimberly-Clark as an Electronic Engineer, where they evaluated and optimized mechanical and electrical production machines, managed projects and start-ups, and ensured quality standards were met. In 2019, they transitioned to IAPSA e-business as a Development Engineer, focusing on designing and modeling exponential business using electronic platforms, implementing automation processes, and utilizing Six Sigma tools to reduce logistics time and expenses. In 2022, Irving joined Lx Hausys America as a Mechatronic Engineer, responsible for resolving electrical and mechanical issues, identifying weaknesses in the production line, and developing and evaluating SOP and WI. Currently, they are working as a Maintenance Engineer at View, Inc., troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, improving work procedures documentation, and conducting root cause failure analyses on equipment.
Irving Perez Castillo completed a Grado en Ingeniería in Mecatrónica from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Extreme Networks certification. The Lean Six Sigma certifications were obtained from LEAN SIX SIGMA INTERNATIONAL in 2021, with the White Belt obtained in January, the Yellow Belt obtained in January, the Green Belt obtained in March, and the Black Belt obtained in May. The Extreme Networks certification was obtained from Extreme Networks in December 2014.
