Barry Gaunce

Barry Gaunce is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a diverse background in project and marine engineering. Currently serving as Project Engineer II at Vigor, LLC since January 2020, Barry directs System Engineering Integrated Product Team meetings and develops engineering change procedures. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Marine Engineer at BMT Designers & Planners Inc, where Barry created conceptual designs for vessel projects, and as Piping Engineer II at KES, Inc., focusing on ship installation drawings and quality assurance. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Gibbs & Cox, Inc. in developing propulsion and cooling systems, and as a Mechanical Engineer I at Northrop Grumman, addressing challenges in submarine construction. Barry Gaunce holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Washington University, obtained in 2008.
