Savoca started their career as a Revenue Manager at Ramada Jarvis in 2004, where they focused on optimizing room inventory and analyzing revenue. In 2006, they joined HotelREZ as an Area Revenue Manager, responsible for assisting multiple hotels in achieving their revenue goals through pricing and distribution strategies. Savoca then moved to Thistle and Guoman as an Area Revenue Manager, before joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts in 2008 as a Revenue Manager at Chelsea Football Club.
