Donald also evaluated client’s internal controls and performed Sarbanes Oxley 404 audits; prepared and executed audit programs tailored to client industry.

In addition, Donald evaluated and provided recommendations for SEC reporting of public clients’ SEC Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and other filings. Donald researched and analyzed financial statements and audit related issues, supervised and trained staff and interns on the audit process and US GAAP, and proactively interacted with client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.

Donald Kaloski Jr. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Buisness Administration, both in Accounting, from Troy University. Donald also has a certification from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
