As Manager for Operations at Village Capital, Lily works on the planning and execution of programs and initiatives with the Latin American team, with the goal of offering entrepreneurs the support they need to continue growing and scaling.

She’s particularly passionate about Village Capital's mission of bringing opportunities to entrepreneurs everywhere, regardless of background. Supporting enterprises that are solving the region’s biggest problems through technology and innovation

Lily came to Village Capital from a different world. She used to be an educator, and thanks to her years as a teacher she was able to develop certain skills that have proven helpful whilst performing her role, such as keeping calm under pressure, effective problem-solving skills, continually seeking improvement, adaptability, and the ability to manage stress.
