Madeline Farrell

Madeline Farrell is currently serving as the Deputy Village Manager for the Village of Northbrook. Prior to this role, Madeline worked at Crowe Horwath LLP as a Senior Government Consultant specializing in business analysis, process improvement, and procurement support for public sector clients. Madeline also interned at Crowe Horwath LLP as a Government Business Analyst and at the U.S. Department of Commerce as an International Trade Administration Intern. Madeline holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Finance and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington.
