David N. Helfman Dpm, Facfas

David N. Helfman, DPM, FACFAS is the CEO and Founder of Physician's Business Academy, LLC since 2010. David N. is responsible for teaching physicians the art of mergers and acquisitions, as well as practice restructuring. Prior to this role, they were also the CEO and Founder of Village Podiatry Centers, LLC, an Extremity Healthcare Company, Inc. since 1992. During their time there, the company grew at an annual rate of about 35% and offered physician shareholders an opportunity for equitable returns on investment.

David N. Helfman, DPM, FACFAS began their education in 1982 at Binghamton University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology. David N. completed their undergraduate studies in 1986. Following this, from 1986 to 1990, they attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and obtained their Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree, focusing on the field of Podiatry.
