Tony Rodriguez

Tony Rodriguez is an accomplished illustrator and educator with extensive experience in both academic and freelance roles. Currently a Professor of Illustration at Middle Tennessee State University since June 2019, Tony has also contributed illustrations to notable publications such as Village Voice, Rolling Stone Magazine, The Washington Post, and The Dallas Morning News. Previous academic appointments include Adjunct Professor at Savannah College of Art and Design and Professor at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. Tony holds a Master's degree in Illustration from Marywood University and two bachelor's degrees in Education and Fine Arts, respectively, showcasing a strong foundation in both art and pedagogy.
