Bobby Victor

Bobby Victor has extensive work experience in operations, process improvement, and automation. Bobby most recently held the role of Senior Vice President- Operations Excellence and Quality at Vindhya e-Infomedia Pvt.Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at Adobe as a Manager of Business Programs, Manager of RPA and Operations Excellence, and Global Operations Manager - Procurement. Bobby also held roles at Wipro Technologies as a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Operations and Manager of Processes, IS & Transitions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager of Quality at Wipro and as a Consultant at National Productivity Council and RD Bangalore. Throughout their career, Bobby has demonstrated a strong focus on driving efficiencies, implementing automation, and delivering operational results.

Bobby Victor completed their Executive General Management Program (EGMP) in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2017. Bobby also obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering in the field of Production Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Govt Engineering College Thrissur, spanning from 1990 to 1997. Additionally, Bobby Victor has obtained several certifications in Business Analytics and Business Analysis from LinkedIn in 2022.
