Robert O.

Robert O. has worked in the software engineering industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Web Developer for Trendy Media, where they produced a web-based solution to replace their bloated Visual Basic one for venue management. In 2012, they worked as a Web Developer for DemoPad, developing a new website based off a bought theme, as well as for A1 Comms Ltd, where they maintained multiple sites. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior PHP Web Developer for Propeller Communications, leading numerous projects for large e-commerce sites. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Wealth Wizards, first as a Senior Software Engineer and then as Lead Software Engineer, leading a single product team and ensuring two different products were aligned. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer at Vira Health.

Robert O. began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended Lawrence Sheriff Sixth Form and earned A-Levels in Computing, Mathematics, Physics, and Media Studies. Robert then continued their education in 2009 at Lancaster University, where they graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in IT and Media Communications.
