Vanessa Sanchez Andreassa has a diverse work experience starting as a Front Office Supervisor at Accor in 2008. Vanessa later became an Office Manager & EA to the Managing Partner at BDO Spain in 2010. Vanessa then worked as a Language Teacher at Koma Language Services before transitioning to being an Independent Recruitment Consultant as a Freelancer. Vanessa joined NEU Professionals Limited and held roles such as Country HR Manager and Head of Marketing and Communication. Vanessa moved to Virdis Group as a Global Executive Search Lead and later served as a Senior Executive Search Lead. Vanessa briefly worked at Boyden as a Senior Executive Search Consultant before returning to Virdis Group in various roles, including Team Leader/Senior HR Manager and Global Commercial Manager. Vanessa also worked as an Executive & Business Coach offering coaching programs for professionals and entrepreneurs.
