Francis also obtained certifications in Sensitive Security Information from the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute, National Crime Information Computer/FCIC from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Expandable Police Baton and Oleoresin Capsicum Spray from the Center for Security Forces, Emergency Vehicle Operator Course in 2009, and Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, Certified in Homeland Security levels 1 to 5 from the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute in 2008.
