Laura Spencer (RD)

Laura Spencer, RD, currently serves as the Community Dietetic Service Team Lead at Virgin Care since January 2019. With extensive experience in various roles, Laura has worked in both acute and community settings across multiple healthcare organizations, including Hywel Dda University Health Board as an Acute Locum Dietitian and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Locum Community Dietitian. Laura has gained specialized skills in diabetes care and weight management while also addressing mental health dietary needs during a locum position at Mersey Care NHS Trust. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Aberystwyth University.
