Richard Osborne has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Richard began their career at Real Time Products Ltd as a Marketing Manager before moving to Marconi Communications as a Market Development Manager. Osborne then joined Orange Communications, where they held positions such as Segment Marketing Manager, Head of Value Based Marketing, and Director of Value Based Marketing - Pricing. Richard then moved to Etisalat, where they served as Group Director Strategic Pricing & Propositions, VP Consumer Segment Marketing, and VP Pricing. Currently, Osborne is employed at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa as the SVP Group Strategy & Commercial Operations.

Richard Osborne obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, they completed an MBA from Aston University.
