Jamie Douglas

Jamie Douglas is an experienced professional in product innovation and immersive experiences, currently serving as the Fleet Experience Director at Virgin Voyages since January 2015, a role that follows a position as Director of Design and Customer Experience. Prior experience includes serving as Product Design Manager at Joseph Joseph Ltd from January 2014 to June 2015, as well as a Designer focused on customer experience at Virgin Atlantic Airways from March 2010 to January 2014. Jamie also has a background in design from a brief tenure at Cooper Bikes in 2009. Jamie Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
