Priyanka Payne

Priyanka Payne serves as a Senior People Partner at Virgin since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management from previous roles. At John Lewis Partnership, from February 2022 to June 2023, Priyanka supported the Customer and Financial Services teams, focusing on talent development and diversity initiatives, and partnered with the Executive Team on strategic HR agendas. Prior experience includes Senior Manager in Talent, Insights & Inclusion at TSB Bank and Strategic Manager at Cognosis, complemented by a foundation in technology consulting from PwC UK.
