Kathleen Smith is the Executive Assistant to the Associations’ CEO and Office Manager. In her role, she manages the CEO’s schedule and travel and ensures the office functions smoothly, including office supplies, equipment and maintenance.

Kathleen also assists with large-scale events, Board of Directors meetings and committees, including scheduling, attendance, presentations and minutes. Prior to joining VCHA, Kathleen was executive assistant to the CEO of the Medical Society of Virginia.
