Jessica Duke

Jessica Duke, MS, is an experienced I/O Psychologist currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Virginia Oncology Associates since July 2020. In this role, Jessica oversees HR activities for over 560 employees across 11 locations, manages employee documentation and compliance, executes corporate investigations, and provides support to over 45 managers on various HR initiatives. Jessica has spearheaded recruitment restructuring initiatives, actively fosters employee engagement through recruitment and onboarding processes, and has led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Old Dominion University and as a BCAT Behavioral Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
