Shanti Mors is an accomplished environmental professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in climate projects and nature-based solutions. Currently serving as the Carbon Solutions Project Manager at Viridios Capital, Shanti leads initiatives aimed at achieving both environmental impact and financial returns through innovative projects. Previously, as the Head of Climate Projects for South Pole in Australia and New Zealand, Shanti was instrumental in market development and the sourcing of carbon and biodiversity projects. Shanti has held key roles in various organizations such as Ecovantage, Dragonfly Environmental, and Kleinfelder, demonstrating expertise in business development, project management, and environmental consultancy. Shanti holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Ecology and has additional qualifications in Mandarin Chinese.
