Michael Paige

Michael Paige, Washington D.C., has practiced corporate and securities law for over 40 years. He represents publicly traded companies that are reporting companies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as privately-held companies, on corporate and securities matters with regard to governance matters and private and public financings. Mr. Paige graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. degree in 1963, and received his LL.B. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1967. He started his law practice in New York City at Brown & Wood, New York, New York, in 1968 through 1974, after which he moved to Washington D.C. From 1974 to 1979, Mr. Paige held the position of Assistant General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy and predecessor agencies, working on oil industry regulatory matters. Mr. Paige practices in the corporate and securities law areas, and has represented a number of foreign governments on international matters. He commenced working with Jackson & Campbell, P.C. in August 1999, for five years was counsel to the firm, and has continued to work with the firm on corporate and tax matters. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
