Derek Dine

Derek Dine is currently a Sales Backoffice Specialist at VirtaMed. Prior to that, they were a Technician at Reeves Import Motorcars from May 2014 to June 2017. Derek was responsible for maintaining and servicing customer & dealership vehicles to manufacturer standards. Derek earned and maintained certifications for Volkswagen & Subaru and achieved a 97% or higher customer satisfaction rating every quarter.

From August 2012 to April 2014, Derek was a Customer Support/Network Technician at Enlibra Corporation. Derek was responsible for designing, building and maintaining all network infrastructure, voip system and CRM system. Derek also installed and maintained all desktop hardware, as well as various software solutions designed for sales and consulting. Derek assisted customers through complex application processes and assisted with recruiting and training the customer support team.

Derek Dine's educational career includes an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Pasco-Hernando State College and an Information Technology degree from St. Petersburg College.
