Vladimir Mandra

Vladimir Mandra has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Vladimir began their career in 2012 as a Junior Technical Support Engineer at Parallels. In 2014, they joined Odin as a Technical Support Manager, and progressed to a Master Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead. In 2018, they moved to CloudBlue as a Technical Account Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Virto Commerce as the Support Program Owner since 2019.

Vladimir Mandra obtained an Engineer's degree in Data Acquisition and Processing from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) between 2006 and 2013. Vladimir also holds certifications from Pearson Versant (obtained in March 2012), Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat (obtained in February 2015), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft.
