Erin Stanton

Erin Stanton has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Erin currently holds the position of Global Head of Portfolio and Trading Analytic Client Support at Virtu Financial since January 2018. In this role, they lead and manages a team of 25+ data science and analytics professionals across four regional teams. Erin drives innovation through the implementation of machine learning and AI-based techniques. Erin also promotes understanding and transparency by hosting monthly external 'Machine Learning Monday' sessions.

Prior to Virtu Financial, Erin worked at ITG, where they served as the Managing Director, Head of Trading Analytics - Asia Pacific from March 2014 to December 2017. Erin also held the position of Director, Trading Analytics - Client Services Manager from May 2008 to February 2014.

Erin started their career at JP Morgan Chase as an Associate in the Private Bank, where they worked from July 2005 to May 2008.

Erin Stanton completed a BA in Computer Science and Economics at Lehigh University. Erin then pursued a Masters of Information and Data Science, specializing in Data Science, at UC Berkeley School of Information from 2019 to 2021.
