Laszlo Kozma

Laszlo Kozma has over 24 years of work experience in the financial industry. Laszlo is currently the Head of Compliance at Virtu Financial since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the SVP Markets Product Compliance Officer at Citibank Europe plc from March 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Head of Capital Markets Compliance at MKB Bank from August 2017 to March 2019. Laszlo also held positions at the Central Bank of Hungary as the Capital Market Supervision, Head Of Department from March 2015 to July 2017 and as a Market Surveillance Advisor from February 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, they worked at ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch as the Head of Sales and Trading from April 2006 to October 2012, at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary as the Head of Equity Trading from August 2003 to April 2006, and at UniCredit CAIB as an Equity Trader from 1997 to 2003.

Laszlo Kozma obtained an MSc degree in Economics and Finance from Janus Pannonius University of Pécs, between 1988 and 2006.
