Laura Burkett

Prior to joining Recruiting Solutions, Laura worked as Communications Coordinator for a large manufacturing facility, and was also an Operations Manager of a medical home care company. Her varied experience led her to the downtown Columbia branch location of Recruiting Solutions in 2014, where she recruited for some of the high-volume industrial clients. There Laura earned her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) credential from the American Staffing Association. She moved to the VBOA in 2016 in a recruiting role, and has since transitioned into the HR Analyst position. Her current role allows her to use knowledge acquired throughout her career to improve and streamline processes among the growing employee base.
