SOX compliance was also consistently achieved for HW ALM including adherence to ITGCs on the ALM platform (ServiceNow). ­ Ketan was also accountable for X-functional Technical Program Management team with directly delivery of: Led Asset Lifecycle Management program to resolve 9 major audit deficiencies enabling IPO readiness. Workstreams included SOX narratives and controls, rewrite of fixed asset policy, fixed asset register, Physical inventory of all DCs, deployment of ServiceNow fully integrated with infra systems, and Oracle FA. Developed LRP for Data center costs forecasted to model in ramp / variable cost consumptionInitiated proposal, and executed on RFP and ultimately outsourcing P2P processing.Served as Chief of Staff to Sr Leader of the org responsible for annual budgeting, various operational activities such as headcount planning and tracking, promotion committee chair and member, weekly staff meetings, bi weekly extended staff and driving directs to complete efforts and actions resulting from these.Rolled out basic maturity around project and portfolio management providing visibility to all work efforts enabling ruthless prioritization.
