The board of directors at Virtual Power Systems has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of study. Some examples of their previous experiences include being a strategic advisor at Energy Internet Corporation, being a board member at Cato, and being an advisor at the United Nations Technology Innovation Labs. They also have experience in president positions, such as at ITRenew and CEO & President at Schneider Electric. Furthermore, they have experience as managing partners, members of different boards, and founders of companies. In terms of education, the directors have studied economics, applied economics, computer science/business, engineering, and electrical engineering at universities such as Yale University, Cornell University, University of Maryland, Rutgers University, and Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest.
