Maxime Dony

Maxime Dony has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as the Head of Fleet Operations at Virtuo. In this role, they are responsible for optimizing fleet management, developing strategic operational visions, and managing operations related to supplies. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Executive at Virtuo.

In 2016, they participated in the Operation track program at Join Lion - TheFamily, a training program for startup employees.

Before joining Virtuo, Maxime worked as an Operation/Business Development professional at Work4 in 2015.

Maxime also gained experience as an M&A Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they focused on financial analysis, valuation, customer presentations, and business modeling.

Maxime started their career as an Intern Auditor at KPMG in 2012 and as an Intern Analyst at Natixis in 2011.

In 2010, they worked as a Seller at El Corte Inglés.

Maxime Dony holds a Master in Management degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance from TBS Education, which was completed from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Maxime obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Novancia Business School Paris, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Maxime participated in a 5-month exchange program at the University of Roehampton, focusing on Economics, in 2010. Maxime also holds a certification in "Lion by TheFamily - OPS" from Lion by TheFamily, obtained in 2016.
