Mark Gelinas

Mark Gelinas has over 30 years of work experience in talent management, college relations, and recruiting. Mark worked as a Vice President at Virtus Investment Partners, where they built infrastructure and implemented programs to support talent acquisition and development. Prior to that, they held various director roles at The Hartford, where they were responsible for university relations, college recruiting, and talent acquisition. Mark also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an associate director of recruiting and recruiting manager, and at Kforce as a senior staffing consultant. Mark started their career as a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen.

Mark Gelinas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Mark also received a certification in "Using Data Science to Hire Employees" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
