Logan Rocco

Logan Rocco has a diverse work experience history. Logan started their career as a Member of the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) in 2014 and then became a Senior Member from 2015 to 2016. Logan also served as the Presidential Campaign Manager from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Logan worked as a Summer Analyst at Truist and Regional Acceptance Corporation. Additionally, they worked as an Economics Tutor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they were a Summer Analyst at Stream Realty Partners. In 2020, Logan took on the role of Summer Analyst at EverWest Real Estate Investors and served as the Vice President of the UNC Undergraduate Real Estate Club from 2020 to 2021. Logan then joined Amherst Holdings as an Analyst from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Logan is an Investment Analyst at Virtus Real Estate Capital, a real estate private equity sponsor.

Logan Rocco's education history begins in 2013 when they attended D H Conley High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2017. Logan then enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Real Estate in 2021. During their time at UNC, Logan attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Real Estate Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Logan received a "REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate - Levels 1, 2, and 3, With Distinction" from Real Estate Financial Modeling in August 2021. Logan also obtained the "Bloomberg Market Concepts Certified" certification from Bloomberg LP in October 2018.
