Greg Simon

Greg Simon is currently the Managing Director of Co-GP Capital at Virtus Real Estate Capital, where Greg oversees investments in various types of housing projects on a national level. In addition, Greg serves as the Managing Partner in Agriculture Private Equity at Agama Partners and Partner in RV Parks Investments at Clear Skies. With a background in multifamily development and real estate investments, Greg has also held senior roles at Presidium, Flywheel Capital, and LXMI Capital. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
