As the EVP and Global Head – Technology Service Lines, Venkatesan (Venky) defines and executes the Technology Transformation charter at Virtusa. His role encompasses services line definitions, competency build-outs, talent transformation, and operating model implementations.

Venky has 25+ years of experience in technology and operations services, with a strong background in Financial Services. His expertise spans primarily around scaling segments of businesses in technology services exponentially. In his last role at Cognizant, he led global delivery for the Insurance practice.

He has vast experience managing global clients and has expertise in servicing clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, both in delivery and commercial roles. His ability to set up teams for strong collaboration across delivery and practice has produced outstanding results in growing business segments.
