Julie Rottenberg

Julie Rottenberg is currently the EVP, General Counsel at Visa since 2008. Julie previously held various positions at Visa, including SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Counsel for North America. Prior to joining Visa, Julie worked at Arnold & Porter LLP as a Partner and Associate from 1995 to 2008. Julie also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Robert Beezer at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for The Honorable Samuel Wilson at the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Julie graduated with a J.D., with highest honors from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A., cum laude in Political Science from San Diego State University.
