Kristi Wawro

Kristi Wawro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Global Executive Talent and Research Leader at Visa since November 2024, Wawro has previously held significant roles at Universal Studios Hollywood and The Walt Disney Company, where duties included leading executive search and talent acquisition efforts and acting as a strategic HR business partner. Earlier career positions include Director of Recruiting and Human Resources at Ticketmaster, Manager of Recruiting at NBC Universal, and Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, among others. Wawro holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
