Pawan Setty

Pawan Setty serves as the Vice President and Head of HR for APAC Technology at Visa and holds a position on the Board of Directors at AirAsia Technology Center India Pvt Ltd. Previously, Pawan was a Strategic Business Partner at AirAsia.Com Group, focusing on digital and product initiatives, and also held the role of CHRO and Head of People & Culture at AirAsia India. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources for International Flavours & Fragrances India Pvt Ltd and as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Thomson Reuters. Pawan completed education at Bangalore University and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1986 to 1996.
