Christen Kelly

Christen Kelly is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in employee and digital communications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Visa Partner Platforms and User Experience Lead at Visa since September 2013, Christen focuses on enhancing client and partner engagement through innovative digital platforms. Prior roles at Visa include leading Employee Digital Channels and managing intranet communications, where Christen championed effective storytelling and digital presence for employees. Previous experience at Intuit involved overseeing online communications and social media strategies, while earlier roles at SYNNEX Corporation and various newspapers provided foundational skills in writing, editing, and publication management. Christen holds a BS in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
