Alyssa Chen

Alyssa Chen has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Alyssa is currently serving as the Senior Director of HR at Visible Alpha since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People at Electric from 2020 to 2021. Alyssa also held the position of Director of Human Resources at IPsoft from 2012 to 2020. Alyssa started their career at RAPP as a Human Resources Generalist from 2010 to 2012.

Alyssa Chen holds a Master's degree in Social Organization Psychology from Columbia University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University (2007-2010). Alyssa also has a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM.
