Nivedita Deshpande

Nivedita Deshpande has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Nivedita is currently working as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Visible Alpha since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director - Talent, Learning & Organisation Development at CRISIL Limited from November 2017 to August 2022. Nivedita was also the Head of Talent Management & OD at Raymond Limited from January 2015 to November 2017 and the Head of Human Resources at J K Helene Curtis Limited from March 2011 to January 2015. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager - HR at Patni Computer Systems Ltd from November 2007 to April 2011. Nivedita started their career as an Executive, HR at Mastek Limited in December 2006 and later worked as a Senior Executive, HR at MiD DAY Multimedia Ltd from December 2004 to December 2005.

Nivedita Deshpande completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai in the years 1997 to 2002. Nivedita then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from SIES College of Management Studies from 2003 to 2005. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained an Organisation Development Certified Professional degree from ISABS. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Innovation at Work" from Stanford Online in 2021 and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2020.
