Elena T.

Elena T. has a diverse work experience. Elena is currently working at Visible Alpha as the Lead HCM & People Analyst. Elena previously held the role of Senior HRIS & People Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Visible Alpha, Elena worked as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Warwick, where they conducted independent research in their field of study. Elena also worked as an HRIS Consultant at Tugela People, providing consulting services related to HR information systems.

Elena gained valuable experience as an HR Advisor at IBM, where they provided HR advice and guidance on various matters within the HR Transformation and Operations department. Elena also completed an internship at IKEA Group as an Employer Branding Specialist, contributing to the development of the company's Employer Branding and HR initiatives.

Additionally, Elena participated in the VII Program of Innovative Youth in HR offered by the Personas y Empresas Foundation, where they underwent rigorous training and gained exposure to innovative HR practices. Elena also worked as a Cultural Ambassador at Wright State University, promoting cross-cultural understanding and facilitating international initiatives.

Elena's early experience includes working as a Research Intern at CIDAUT, where they contributed to European projects related to human factors and risk analysis in the transportation industry. Throughout their various roles, Elena has developed strong research, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Elena T. completed their education as follows:

- From 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Intercultural Communication at the University of Warwick.

- In 2017, they attended Linnaeus University for a European Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.

- In 2016, they studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna for a European Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.

- From 2015 to 2016, they attended the University of Valencia for a European Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.

- In the years 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Double Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management, as well as an MBA from EUDE Business School and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

- In 2014, they participated in an International Exchange program at Wright State University, focusing on their 4th year of Psychology BSc.

- In 2013, they had an Erasmus Scholarship at the University of Leeds, concentrating on their 3rd year of Psychology BSc.
