Michael McMillan

Michael McMillan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at VSP Vision since May 2019, Michael supports over 2,500 employees across various business lines. Previous roles include Sr. Human Resources Manager at POZI Technologies, where Michael advised on HR and strategic growth, and Human Resources Business Partner at Pilot Flying J, focusing on workforce development and employee engagement. Earlier experiences include positions as Region Manager overseeing operations in Nevada and Utah, financial planning roles at Fidelity Investments and Edward Jones, co-founder of Datestreet.com, and Multi-Department Operations Manager for McDonald’s. Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
