Gemma Bhayat

Gemma Bhayat is a highly experienced educator and designer with a demonstrated history of working in various roles within the fashion and digital training sectors. Currently serving as a Digital & Business Teacher/Assessor and Digital Skills Trainer at Vision West Nottinghamshire College since March 2023, Gemma specializes in digital skills training across multiple departments. Prior to this role, Gemma held positions at RST, including OEM Product & Accessories Manager and Product and Design Manager, overseeing product development processes. Experience also includes multi-product design roles at Moto Direct Ltd and Sports Direct, as well as a design position at Bunker Mentality, focusing on menswear and accessories. Early career experience involved supervisory responsibilities at East LTD, contributing to the development of management and communication skills. Gemma holds a BA (HONS) in Fashion Studies from the University of Derby.
