Hen Bashiri

Hen Bashiri is a seasoned engineer with substantial experience in system engineering and integration, holding the position of Sr. System Engineer at VisionMap since February 2024. Previously, Hen served as a System Integration Engineer at Airspan Networks from December 2020 to February 2024, focusing on RF and digital wireless communication systems while developing test automation tools using Python, C#, Figma, and MATLAB. Prior to that role, Hen was a Radio Frequency System Engineer at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from June 2014 to December 2020, where key responsibilities included leading hardware development teams, managing projects from development to field assimilation, and optimizing electrical circuits.
