Haley Sparks

Haley Sparks, PhD, is currently serving as the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in External Affairs at the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to this, Haley held various roles such as Mental Health Program Director at VISIONS, Inc, DEI Manager and Therapist at The Women's Center of SE Michigan, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Director at the University of Michigan. Haley has a BA in Literature and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, a PhD in Psychology, and an MSW in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
