Joshua Kalis has a strong background in software engineering and management roles. In their previous role at Guaranteed Rate, Joshua served as an Enterprise Architect & Engineering Manager, restoring a positive and productive team culture focused on loans processing. Joshua also has experience at Rocket Mortgage, where they worked as an Engineering Manager, Software Architect, and Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead. Prior to that, Joshua worked at Centurion Medical Products as a Senior UI Engineer, Academic Information Services at MSU as an Information Technologist, and MSU International Business Center as an Information Technologist and Student Assistant.
