Director Of Customer Success & Professional Services at Visitt

Ophir Shay's work experience includes co-founding Next October, an initiative focused on creating startups as a way to commemorate those lost in the October 2023 War. Prior to that, Ophir held various roles at Visitt, starting as a Customer Relations and Marketing professional and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Success. In these positions, Ophir focused on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers through onboarding processes, and collaborating with them to ensure success. Before Visitt, Ophir served in the Israeli Defense Forces as the Head of the Camouflage Department and as a Reconnaissance Soldier. Ophir also gained experience as an intern at Microsoft for Startups and as an Israeli Emissary for The Jewish Agency for Israel in London.

Ophir Shay obtained a Professional Customer Success Manager degree in Customer Success from pmsphere - Leading Products to Success in 2022. Prior to that, Ophir attended Draper University and obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship in October 2020.
